The Trinidad Triggers Caleb Bryson was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He singled in the second, fourth, and fifth innings.
David Brandt was solid at the plate for the Santa Fe Fuego. Brandt went 2-3 and scored one run. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.
Matt Horan recorded his sixth win of the year for the Trinidad Triggers. He allowed four runs over six innings. Horan struck out five, walked four and gave up seven hits.
Scott Torrey ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
