Omar Artsen knocked in three runs, sparking the Santa Fe Fuego (43-20) to an 11-7 victory over the Trinidad Triggers (32-25) on Saturday at Fort Marcy Park. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

Brandon Marriss six strikeouts helped the Santa Fe Fuego to the victory. Marris allowed two earned runs, five hits and four walks over six innings.

Shane Casey racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Trinidad Triggers. He singled in the third innings and homered in the ninth inning.

Zach Leitten (3-3) was the games losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
